Power up

Sisterfriends,

My goal in life has always been to be an independent woman. Dreams of impacting the world and making my mark. As little girls, My sister and I had lemonade stands and attempted to sell handmade perfume with alcohol, my mothers’ emptied prescription bottles and roses from the neighbors garden *sorry neighborhood lady.

I hadn’t heard of the term entrepreneur until I was watching an interview with Bill Cosby, He spoke about creating programs and mentorships for children of color to teach entrepreneurship. After learning the definition, the entrepreneurial bug or the vision was born!

I was 12 and thought it was the best thing EVER! I can be the boss, work when I want and control how much money I make?! I’m IN!

Over the years, I’ve delved into several businesses some moderately successful, some flopped. I’ve learned change is good, superb listening skills, and to NEVER settle. I’ve also come to terms with I can’t do it by myself. I need help, as well as, be of help!

Not only do I need the knowledge, I need the wisdom to apply it. I need a vision driven team and the leadership skills that will guide us in our individual and collective purposes. I need provision for the vision.

Long story short I’ve realized I need the Grace of God! In this specific journey alone, It’s been the sole source.

What does that entail? Trusting that I am well equipped with GRACE {power: mentally, spiritually and physically} to accomplish my purpose. It’s always having access to the right answers. It’s more than a gut feeling or a hunch. It’s solid, trustworthy guidance that will have you smiling when you experience the positive progress and calming you to peace when it looks shaky. It’s reliable help. It’s what the glow up literally looks like! It’s the smartest business move you could ever make!
