Its that time again, winter is right around the corner. Making this the perfect timeto prepare your skin for the winter. During the summer months, we use different types of products to nourish, protect and even tan our skin, we sweat more and there is more pollution in the air. This can leave the skin clogged, oily, dry, rough and sometimes irritated. Exfoliating is the perfect solution for this time of year. It not only gets rid of the old, dead skin it helps the renewed skin absorb supplemental conditioning products. There are two types of exfoliation, Mechanical, and Chemical.
